Thursday 27th December - Yarmouth - Under 1600cc Team Meeting A similar field to last year’s assembled for the annual Under 1600cc Team Meeting, with the field boosted by 3 teams of No Hopers from the Rookie Bangers.  On the car front just 4 Bluebirds, 3 Mondeos, whilst the No Hopers brought a brace of Sierras, and a Capri for 987 Tommy Miller, and a Dolomite for 988 Carl Musson, which were the top cars. All out for Heat 1 with 741 Parfitt firing into 992 Steven Morgan from the word go, whilst 564 Coatie spun out 991 Eddie Rogers.  730 Deano had out 985 Greivson in the Lada, as his team mate 987 Miller launched himself over the tyres on the centre green.  850 Lee wright buried 992 Morgan and 713, ending the laters day as elsewhere Parfitt despatched 982 Rob Bulldeath, allowing 465 Scarlett to blow the latter up.  741 Parfitt continued his performance spinning out 986 Tommy Miller in the Capri, with 439 Sutton slaughtering it in turn.  984 Nigel Reed was having fun and games with 247 Bro, but left himself open to a monstrous shot over the back wheel from 516 Gouldy, which ended his own day as Bro again connected with a t-bone.  730 Deano took the win from 601 and running mate Parfitt. 1st 730 Dean Mayes, 2nd 601, 3rd 741 Luke Parfitt, 4th 439 Danny Sutton, 5th 850 Lee Wright, 6th 433 Ben Smith, 7th 465 Andy Scarlett, 8th 564 Mark Cooper After the lively opening heat, down to 15 for Heat 2 with 601 spinning 992 Steven Morgan as 730 Deano flicked out the 990 Primera.  601 jacked 990 before posting himself as 439 Danny Sutton turned 987 Keith Miller up the fence.  465 Scarlett dived onto the middle and rejoined behind 990 and duly put him in the fence, the latter recovering well before taking a head on from 601, and being slaughtered by 433 Ben Smith, although credit to 990 who took the hits well. 1st 247 Lee Clarke, 2nd 741 Luke Parfitt, 3rd 730 Dean Mayes, 4th 850 Lee Wright, 5th 439 Danny Sutton, 6th 433 Ben Smith, 7th 564 Mark Cooper, 8th 465 Andy Scarlett, 9th 601 Down to 13 for the Final with 601 spinning 730 Deano straight away, the latter simply running his attacker up a post half a lap later!  564 Coatie sent 992 Steven Morgan flying over the tractor tyres as 247 Bro dished out the bone to 983 Shaun Thohless, with 465 Scarlet killing the Cav.  601 parked up on the infield, before backing out into 741 Parfitt’s door in a joke of a hit, although 247 Bro sought revenge with a big head on, albeit on the middle.  730 Deano got it going again, but took a shot over the back wheel from 433 Ben Smith ending Deanos’ race.  It was then a race to the end with 850 Lee Wright coming out on top for the Hellraisers, although 247 Bro’s 3rd was enough to guarantee the win for Damage Inc, followed home by the Hellraisers and 3 Litre. 1st 850 Lee Wright, 2nd 564 Mark Cooper, 3rd 247 Lee Clarke, 4th 465 Andy Scarlett, 5th 433 Ben Smith Drivers List No Hopers A 981 Phil Ward – Lada* 982 Rob Bulldeath – Bluebird 983 Shaun Thohless – Mk 3 Cavalier 984 Nigel Reed – Bluebird No Hopers B 985 Andy Greivson – Sierra* 986 Tommy Miller – Capri 987 Keith Miller – Sierra Est 988 Carl Musson – Dolomite No Hopers C 989 – Sierra 990 – Primera 991 Eddie Rogers – Mk 3 Astra Est 992 Steven Morgan – Sierra 3 Litre 439 Danny Sutton – Mondeo 465 Andy Scarlett – Bluebird* 564 Mark Cooper – Mondeo Damage Inc 247 Lee Clarke – Mondeo 516 Carl Gould – Caina II 730 Dean Mayes – Rover 216 741 Luke Parfitt – Bluebird* Hellraisers 433 Ben Smith – Primera 601 – Bluebird* 713 – Sunny* 850 Lee Wright – Bluebird
